In November 2006, Ferguson-Williams LLC was
purchased by Houston-based Linc Facility
Services LLC and
it’s family of companies. Ferguson-Williams will retain it’s name but
be branded a “Linc Facility Services
Company” and will join recent LFS acquisition BMAR as a part of the company’s government
division.
