Company History
We began our corporate life furnishing services at
nearby Redstone Arsenal,
where we had contracts for 20 consecutive years. In 1972, we expanded our
customer base by pursuing and winning contracts throughout the Southeast for
the US Army Corps of Engineers. In 1977, after 8 years of specializing in and
excelling at grounds maintenance, we expanded our services to operations and
maintenance. We have had contracts with the Corps every year since 1972 and
continue our work with them to this day.
In 1991, in a deliberate move to further increase
our customer base, we
aggressively pursued and were awarded the base operating support contract for
the brand-new Naval Station Ingleside (Texas).
We are currently performing under
our fourth straight contract there. In partnership with the US Navy, we have
taken
the Naval Station from sandy acres to the impressive complex it is today.
Among
other accomplishments, in 1997 the station was judged the most outstanding
Navy facility in the world, an honor recognized by President Clinton and then
Texas
Governor George Bush.
